Activity: Is it Complete?
Students are asked (individually
or in pairs) to respond to a
particular question and they must
answer in a complete sentence.
After the question is asked, the
teacher allows some quiet
thinking time. A sentence frame
is visible for students who need
it. Once students have put a
complete sentence together they
signal the teacher. The sentences
can be shared with partners or
small groups.
