Respective AOs

The selection process will have the following 3 components:i.To conduct the on-line test of 50
marks. The test will be of one hour comprising of (1) Aptitude/Attitude, 20% weight (2) Objective
questions/ multiple choice questions, 30% weight and (3) 50% short subject domain questions. The Test
score is made available instantly after the test. The candidates obtaining less than 50% score may be
held non-eligible.ii.The eligible candidates will appear for presentation as per the schedule declared.
Each eligible candidate will be given a choice to select one out of the given 5 themes for presentation.
Communication, presentation and depth of coverage are the KPIs carrying 10, 10, 10 points (marks). A
team of subject-experts will work as referee.
III The candidate will appear for PI before a panel of Selection Committee as per schedule
declared. PI will be of 20 points: Communication Skill (5), Subject knowledge (5), Poise and
Manners (5) Overall impression (5). The Panel will have a complete data of score in Test
and Presentation with PI column blank.
