health and wellbeing.
Australia is experiencing record high levels of people
becoming overweight or obese.
Obesity is a major cause of disease and disability.
It is important that we all practise preventative health to
prevent obesity.

With fewer people in the healthcare system, it will be more
efficient and affordable.
If our healthcare system is used less, it will cost less to run,
which will result in lower taxes for people to pay.
Healthy people are able to work and have fewer sick days,
which benefits our economy.

Sustainability
Ways you can look after our environment through
preventative practices:
grow your own food or buy organic food that has been
produced in a sustainable way
consume food and drink that does not have packaging
drink tap water instead of bottled water
reduce waste and get a compost bin
reduce, reuse and recycle.
