The defendant files this Motion to Suppress pursuant to the Fourth Amendment to the
United States Constitution and New Jersey State Constitution, Article 1 7 as follows:
1. The defendants car was searched without a warrant, permission from the
defendant, or probable cause. Any and all evidence collected as a result of this search
should be suppressed as required by the exclusionary rule. How to Suppress Evidence,
FindLaw (2014).
2. Any and all evidence and interviews collected in response to the illegal search
should also be suppressed as required in the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine. How to
Suppress Evidence, FindLaw (2014).

and the Court having determined that based upon good cause shown;
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED on this 20th day of February, 2015 as follows:
1. The evidence found as the result of the illegal search against the Defendant is
inadmissible.
2. The resulting evidence and interviews that resulted from the found evidence
from the illegal search is also inadmissible.
FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this order be served upon all Parties within 10
