3 Corset tests

1) Opposite elbow to toe of straight leg with flexed foot


2) supine active straight leg raise to 90 degrees minimum
3) 5 min horse stance minimum

The Protocol
Front leg elevated x 400 pulls x R/L
Front leg elevated and opened to side w/ side flexion x 400 pulls x R/L
Pulls are like little bounces
---This could be accumulated during the course of a day and performed in distrib
uted sets.
