My Work on daily basis was to analyze the resumes which were sent by our
third party recruitment company.

Generally the posts comprised of

Web developers

App Developers on android & IOS platform

Backend Developers

Engineering Salesman

Content Writer

To evaluate, Assess & Analyze the current employees on the basis of report
submitted by the supervisors

Converse with the potential & current clients.

Made training modules for the new employees which could enhance their
skills.

Conclusion

The work I did helped me to learn a lot in the field of HR.

Due to the work & help I got from my supervisors & mentors I was able to
excel & grow my skills

I have got confidence within me that I can do the work of HR up to the

industrial standards.

This internship also helped me in acquiring good communication skill which is

the essence of being a HR.
