Customer Service Agent at LAX for Skywest, working out of the United Express
counters in Terminal 8. Job description includes but not limited to: using a number of
computer systems simultaneously to process and clear secure information for
passengers, issuing tickets, vouchers, communicating with multiple departments etc.
Work is based off of an extremely strict timeline and requires systematic procedures
to take place by Gate Agents, all the while trying to solve passenger needs with
anything from disability assistance to determining whether a passenger is unfit to fly
physically or mentally. Operates at a very fast-pace but treats all customers
delicately, welcoming them with a smile and answering questions clearly and in a
timely manner.

YOUTH WORKER
CINNAMON HILLS YOUTH TREATMENT CENTER

2010 to 2013

Worked full-time with troubled youth who struggled with anything from substance
abuse,
defiance problems, abuse victims, gang involvement, violent/sexual/emotional acting
out etc. Acted as a mentor throughout their entire stay and interacted with the
students on a rotating schedule which allowed us to be there when they woke up until
they went to bed, depending on the day. Encouraged the youth by instilling self-worth
and core values as well as helping them through therapeutic progress and applying
healthy coping skills. Enforced simple structure, filled out legal documents on a
regular basis and was required to pay attention to details and problem solve daily.
Worked closely with others and developed a great rapport with the students and
others who were involved in the care and treatment of these individuals.
Demonstrated great work ethic and was promoted to a Shift Leader within two weeks
of being hired, becoming responsible for anywhere from 5 to 8 other female staff
under direct care and direction. Represented company multiple times during various
seminars and spoke at every female graduation since date of hire, due to great
articulation, professionalism, congeniality and a strong relationship with both
students and administration.

department. Very articulate and never had a problem with communication with a
customer. Learned software quickly and gained a great knowledge of duties early on.
