Introduction
I am Wikantiyoso Suyono, since 2008 I 've been work in telecommunications. My career started from a NOC
engineer at XL Axiata, my job at that time was the integration of new sites, monitoring sites and links/transmission and
optimization. Then in 2010 I moved to subcon, this is the place I started entering the field, set up a plan, organize
teams, manage finances, perform the installation, commissioning, ATP, even create and submit BAST. I do almost all the
work from start installation to billing. In 2011 I got into the transmission vendor ( NEC - Alita ) as a supervisor and in
2012 I went to Ericsson as implementation coordinator until now, this is where I finalize my ability, organize a team,
manage schedule / plan installation and when the site will RFS, sometimes also interview engineers. I am here as a
liaison between subcon, among engineers, among supervisors, superiors and subordinates, all parts with me and my
PM. Arduous task indeed, I have to distribute the information to all sections clearly so that our goals can be achieved on
time according to customer demand.
