Fromday1ofherteachingrounds,Jesshasshownanoutstandinglevelofpreparation,dedicationandcommitmenttoteaching.
Jessstartedoffwiththeobservationsofclassesandthenquicklyprogressedtoteamteachingandfinishedupwithtakingclassesby
herself.EachclassJesstookwaswellpreparedandcateredforallabilitylevels.Ithasbeenincredibletoseetherespectstudents
haveforJessandeachlessonshowedthatthestudentshadagreatunderstandingofwhatwasbeingtaught.Theconfidencelevels
ofJesshaswhenstandinginfrontoftheclasshasgrowntremendouslyoverthe4weekteachinground.Jesswasabletotake
feedbackandthendissectitintowhatshethoughtshecouldimplementinherclasses.Overall,anexcellentteachingblockandthe
kidsandstafflookforwardtohavingherreturnnextterm.
