The Adventure to Neptune

Introductuin
My project mission is to be space traveler and my group friends

and me decided to visit Neptune. I have my own goals for the projects
that Ill make, which are able to figure out the best way to go to
Neptune, able to use ratios, scientific notation and scaling in 3D
models. My last goal is to achieve the criteria. Beside goals, I have my
own objectives for the project. My objectives for the project are making
a 3D model about solar system (sun, earth and Neptune) by using
scale, ratio and scientific notation. Beside that, I make this project for
finding the mass and diameter of sun, earth and Neptune. I also want
to calculate the speed, distance and time to estimate how long it takes
and to find out how far away the Neptune is from earth and comparing
the size between sun, earth and Neptune. For finding that all
information, Ill use the properties of radical, exponent, and scientific
notation to show how large the Neptune is.
My chosen planet is Neptune. Neptune is the eighth planet from
the sun. Neptune is a blue planet. Neptune is one of the two outer
planets known as an ice giant. Made up of more ices than Jupiter and
Saturn. The first layer of Neptune is icy atmosphere, which is mostly
hydrogen and helium. Neptune has no definite surface layer. The size
of Neptune is 24,622 km and the mass of Neptune is 1.02 X 10 26 kg.
Inside the Neptune, there is gas giant and ice.

Results and Findings

The size of Neptune is 24,622 km. Beside Neptune, sun and earth
have their own size which are for the size of the sun is 696,000 km and
the size of the earth is 6,371 km. So, sun has the biggest size than
Neptune and earth. The distance of Neptune from sun is 4.498394 X
109 and the distance from Neptune from earth is 4.2614 X 109.. For the
mass, Neptune has 1.02 X 1026 kg, sun has 1.989 X 1010 kg and the
mass of earth is 5.98 x 1024 kg mass. So, earth has the heaviest mass
than Neptune and sun.
The example of my real life that is almost the same with your
project is going to Singapore from Jakarta. The distance from Jakarta to
Singapore is 1,289.5 km and the speed needed is 925 km/hour so, the
time needed to going to Singapore from Jakarta is 1 hour 39 minutes.
To go around to Neptune from earth it will need 7.11 years and the
distance between Neptune to earth is 4.2614 x 10 9 km. So, the speed
of the spacecraft is voyager 2.

Conclusion

Answering your focus questions. To express the magnitude of

neptune through the use of math is using scientific notation because if
we dont use scientific notation the number of the planet size is too big
so we can small make the numbers smaller by using scientific notation.
Beside that, with the usage of math we can simplify the magnitude of
our planet, chosen planet, and our sun as well as shrinking the size to
create the diorama without changing its accuracy. The hypothesis is If
the magnitude of an object will also determine the power of it. If the
magnitude of an object is big then the power will also be big.

Reflection

Our group has managed to divide our group work and is able to
made the diorama and finish it on time and the struggle that we had is
only on communicating together
