Brother Joe Salvador writes a letter to Mr. and Mrs. Butch Decangchon requesting to take over their restaurant fixtures and furniture, including tables, chairs, and display cases. He intends to expand the small carinderia owned by Jojo into a family business. Brother Salvador offers to offset the outstanding 11-12 months of back rent owed by leaving the equipment. He looks forward to retiring from his profession to serve the Lord through the restaurant business and wants to pass on a livelihood for his family. Brother Salvador asks for an inventory and values of the requested items.

I understand naghahakot na kayo at sabi mo nga sa akin you look to vacate the house by week-ends which is today or tomorrow. Alam nyo, sa totoo lang, I intend to make the Carinderia of Jojo into a family business and in due time ay yong garahe ay ma-clear and I talked to someone to introduce some kind of improvements sa kapaligiran para mag-mukha namang magandang kainan itong garahe. For this reason, I expect that by Monday or Tuesday darating na yong kausap ko to implement necessary improvements at madagdagan ng mga lamesa para maging attractive namang kainan. I look forward to retire in the practice of my profession and go into the service of the Lord. Gusto ko lamang itong aking pamilya ay meron akong maipasa sa kanilang hanapbuhay for them to hold-on. If you will recall and I think you are one of our guests in my 70th birthday, three (3) years ago, I publicly announced that I am willing to be at the service of the Lord and that in fact I am attending seminars on Spiritual growth next week (last week) of this month. Can I/we have your restaurant/canteen equipments, fixtures and furnitures (tables, monoblocks chairs, estante & others) for this intended expansion of the restaurant, which I look forward to be a family business. Please give me your inventory and each net value na mayroon ka rin daw binanggit kay Jojo. Hope to get the inventory soonest. Your brod. In Christ, J.C. SALVADOR
