This is in connection with your letter which I received last January 7, 2003 stating
that you are terminating your lease in my place located at 2990 V. Mapa, no later than
January 5, 2003. However, we have been waiting for you to endorse to us the keys O.R. of
paid utility bills this means.
However, we could assumed our lease agreement terminated until such time you
endorse to us formally the Keys and the site itself in its original condition such the

Open windows at the 2nd floor
Separate water meter on the 2nd floor and separate wiring and water line at the
ground and 2nd floor
