REGULAMENTO PARTICULAR DA PROVA
(que complementa o Regulamento da Taa de Portugal)

1. INTRODUO
XCO Cup Oliveira de Azemis 2015 uma prova organizada pela Escola de Ciclismo Bruno
Neves, em parceria com a Cmara Municipal de Oliveira de Azemis, de acordo com os
Regulamentos UCI e/ou UVP-FPC (segundo a classe da prova), o Regulamento da Taa de
Portugal e o presente regulamento particular e com aplicao exclusiva das respetivas Tabelas de
Penalidades. A prova realiza-se no dia 20 de setembro de 2015.

A prova est inscrita no Calendrio Internacional UCI, classe C1, para as categorias Elites
masculinos, Juniores masculinos, Elites femininas e Juniores femininas.---------------------

No Calendrio Nacional para as categorias Cadetes masculinos e femininos, Veteranos A

masculinos, Veteranos B+C masculinos e Veteranas femininas.

(witch complements the Taa de Portugal Regulamentation)

1. INTRODUCTION
XCO Cup Oliveira de Azemis 2015 is a competition organized by Escola de Ciclismo Bruno
Neves and Cmara Municipal de Oliveira de Azemis according to the Regulations UCI
and/or UVP-FPC (depending on the class of the competition), the Portuguese Cup Regulations
and the specific rules and with exclusive endorsement of the Penalties Table. The event is
scheduled to september 20, 2015.

Artigo 5 Inscries / Taxas

5.1 Inscries
As inscries dos atletas Federados, devem ser efetuadas diretamente atravs do sistema de
inscries on-line disponibilizado no stio da UVP-FPC (www.uvp-fpc.pt), at s 24 horas de
quinta-feira antes da realizao da prova.-------------------------------------------------------------As inscries efetuadas fora do prazo regulamentar tm uma taxa extra de 10 por atleta e s
podero realizar-se at s 18 horas de Sbado. Os atletas que se inscrevam fora do prazo so
os ltimos na grelha de partida das respetivas categorias independentemente de obedecerem
aos critrios definidos no ponto 6.1 do Regulamento da Taa de Portugal.----------------------As inscries dos atletas Promoo, devem ser efetuadas diretamente atravs do sistema de
inscries on-line disponibilizado no stio da XCO CUP (http://xcocupazemeis.com/), at s
24 horas do dia 18 de setembro. A inscrio validada aps confirmao do pagamento para
o NIB: 0036.0376.99104225796.42 - IBAN: PT50.0036.0376.9910.4225.7964.2---------------

5.2 Confirmao das Inscries

A confirmao das inscries, verificao de licenas e autorizaes por parte do Colgio de
Comissrios decorre no secretariado da prova at 1h antes da realizao da prova C1 para
todas as categorias.

5.3 Reunio de Diretores Desportivos

A reunio de Diretores Desportivos decorre no local da prova hora indicada programa/horrio.

5.4 Taxas
Os atletas filiados na UVP-FPC com licena desportiva de competio esto isentos de
qualquer taxa de inscrio aos atletas internacionais a taxa de 30,00, e os participantes
na classe Promoo tm uma taxa de inscrio de 10,00.--------------------------------------- As inscries efetuadas fora do prazo regulamentar confere ao organizador o direito de
aplicar a taxa de 10,00.------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nova placa de bicicleta e dorsal implica um pagamento de 10,00.---------------------------- O atleta responsvel pelo chip de cronometragem que lhe instalado na bicicleta, no ato
de confirmao da inscrio, comprometendo-se a devolver o mesmo, no final da prova, em
perfeitas condies. No caso de no devoluo ou de qualquer tipo de danos, o atleta
assumir a inteira responsabilidade dos factos, comprometendo-se a pagar Escola de
Ciclismo Bruno Neves a quantia de 100,00.-------------------------------------------------------

5.5 Atribuio de Dorsais e Placas

Os dorsais e placas a utilizar so os da Taa de Portugal de acordo com o regulamentado no

Regulamento da Taa de Portugal, (a fornecer pela organizao).

Article 5 Registration / Fees

5.1 Registration
The federal registration of athtletes, should be made directly throught the system of
registration available online at the site of the UVP-FPC (www.uvp-fpc.pt), up to 24 horas on
thursday before performing the test.----------------------------------------------------------------Registrations, of each athlete, made outside the deadline have an extra charge of 10 and can
only be held up to 18 hours on Saturday. Athlete, who registers after the deadline, is the last
on the grid regardless of the respective categories, independently to obey the criteria in
section 6.1. of the Portuguese Cup regulations.----------------------------------------------------Registration of promotion athletes should be made directly through the system on-line
registration available at the site of XCO CUP (http://xcocupazemeis.com/), up to 24 hours of
september 18. Registration is validated after payment confirmation for the-----------------NIB:0036.0376.99104225796.42 - IBAN: PT50.0036.0376.9910.4225.7964.2

5.2 Confirmation of registration

Confirmation of enrollment, verification of licenses and permits from the Commissaries
Panel held at the secretariat of the test until 1 hour prior to the C1 test for all categories.

5.3 Meeting of Sport Directors

The Sports Directors meeting takes place in the test at the time indicated program / schedule.

5.4 Fees
Athletes affiliated in UVP-PFC with competition licensed sports are exempt from any tax
registration, for international athletes the tax is 320,00 and for the promotion athletes the
tax is 10,00-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The registration made outside the statusorg period gives the organizer the right to apply a
rate of 10,00.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ New bike and back plate implies a payement of 10,00.----------------------------------------- The athlete is responsible for the timing chip which is installed on the bike, with the
confirmation, pledging to return it at the end of the race, in perfect condition. In case of
no-return or damage of any kind, the athlete will assume full responsability for the facts,
commiting to pay the Bruno Neves Cycling School the amount of 100,00.

5.5 Alocation of dorsal, and slabs

The dorsal and cards to be used are those of the Portuguese Cup in accordance with the
Portuguese Cup Regulations, (to provide for the organization).------------------------------------

5.6 Chamada para a grelha de partida

De acordo com o artigo 4.2.061 do Regulamento da UCI e com o artigo 6.1 do Regulamento

Artigo 8 Classificaes, Prmios e Cerimnias Protocolares

8.1 Classificao individual da prova
Ser efetuada uma classificao individual por categoria de acordo com o previsto no artigo 4.1.
Os corredores dobrados abandonam o percurso quando por indicao dos Comissrios
passagem pela linha de meta, na volta em que so dobrados pelo lder da sua categoria.

8.2 Prmios
Em cada prova sero atribudos prmios monetrios de acordo com as Obrigaes Financeiras
da UCI para as provas internacionais e da UVP-FPC para as provas nacionais (ver listagem de
prmios). Entrega de prmios monetrios 45 minutos aps final da ltima corrida no secretariado.

8.3 Cerimnias protocolares

A cerimnia protocolar realiza-se aps o final de cada corrida (Corrida 1, Corrida 2 e
Corrida 3).----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- obrigatria a presena dos 3 primeiros classificados de cada categoria.--------------------- A no presena por parte dos atletas e equipas contempladas na cerimnia protocolar, salvo
situaes devidamente justificadas pelos corredores ou pelos seus Diretores Desportivos e
aceites pelo Presidente do Colgio de Comissrios, implica perda dos pontos para a Taa,
tanto individual como por equipas, alm das sanes previstas no artigo 12.1.040-36.------ Os atletas contemplados na cerimnia protocolar devero obrigatoriamente envergar o
equipamento de competio das suas equipas e usar sapatos de competio ou sapato
desportivo tipo sapatilha (tnis). proibido o uso de chinelos.--------------------------------- Apenas o vencedor de cada categoria poder exibir a bicicleta vencedora, num espao
designado para o efeito prximo de pdio (numa das laterais).----------------------------------

Artigo 9 Controlo Antidopagem

Os Regulamentos da UCI e da UVP-FPC aplicam-se integralmente a esta prova de acordo
com a classe da prova.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------O Controlo Antidopagem realiza-se no local: Pavilho Municipal de Oliveira de Azemis

Article 8 Classifications, Prizes and Awards Ceremonies

8.1 Individual classifications
An individual classification will be issued for each category according to article 4.1.
Lapped riders have to abandon the circuit on the finish line when indicated by a Commissaire.

8.2 Prizes
In each test will be awarded monetary prizes according to the obligations financial UCI, to
the international test, and UVP-FPC to the national test (see the prize list)----------------------

8.3 Official ceremonies

The official ceremony takes place after the end of each race (race 1, race 2 and race 3).
Is required the presence of the 3 winners of each category.
In the protocol ceremony all the athletes and their teams have to be present, unless duly
justified in the corridors or their directors Sports and accepted by the President of the
College of Commissioners, or imply loss of points for the Cup, both individually and as
teams, in addition to penalties provided for in Article 12.1.040-36.---------------------------- Athletes included in the official ceremony will be required to wear the equipment of
competing teams and their competition wear shoes like sneakers or sports shoes (running
shoes).---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Only the winner of each category can view the winning bike in area designed for that
purpose near the podium (on the sides).--------------------------------------------------------------

Article 9 Antidoping
The UCI antidoping regulations or UVP-FPC antidoping regulations are entirely applicable
to the event, according to the category of each race.-------------------------------------------------Antidoping control carried out on site: Pavilho Municipal de Oliveira de Azemis.
