gente ha asumido que esta habilidad se limita
principalmente a hablar con los dems de manera
efectiva y catalizador, pero el verdadero significado

mejorarsushabilidadesenlacomunicacin,realizar
una gira por la primera cosa en su mente es hablar
conotraspersonasyelenvodemsmensajespara
ellos y para proporcionar ms informacin. En otras
palabras, l cree que la solucin para mejorar sus
habilidadesenlacomunicacinesatravsdehablar
confluidezydemanerapermanenteconlagente.
Esporelloquelosdirectivoscontalentolacapacidad
decomunicarsedemaneraefectivaexpertoenhacer
preguntas y tambin escuchan. Y para identificar la
magnitud del impacto de estas habilidades para
hablar y preguntar y escuchar, que fueron

directivos y sus colegas, de su eficacia en la

buenaescucha.El objetivo era alcanzar el efecto de

excepcional de ellos (los que han alcanzado el 90%
enlaeficaciadesupropioliderazgo).
Parecequeelimpactorealnoapareceatravsdela
excelencia sutilmente sin el otro en cuanto a la
disponibilidad combinada. Esto muestra claramente
mientras que muestra que el 88% de los lderes
excepcionalesaplicarestashabilidades3as.
Yconlosgerentesdelasofertasquesecaracterizan
por su capacidad para comunicarse unas cartas
convincentes, y hacer preguntas dirigidas a asegurar
la comprensin de sus mensajes a otros, tambin
escuchar atentamente lo que se dice y lo que no se
diceduranteelprocesodelainteraccinyeldilogo.
En resumen, el rendimiento de una de estas
habilidades no le har un lder distintivo, pero la
combinacin de ellos en el comportamiento de uno.
Por esto la prxima vez cuando usted necesita para
mejorar sus habilidades en la comunicacin, no
asuma que los dems quieren que hables ms. Tal
vez usted puede comenzar con una pregunta como:
"Cul es la informacin que va a ser ms til" La
combinacin de estas tres habilidades puede
aumentar su efectividad como lder de "lo
suficientemente bueno" a excepcional o incluso
genial.
