wine is bright, crisp, and refreshing with fantastic tension of minerality, fruit,
and structure. A slight CO2 spritz enhances the refreshment.

2012 Mission Hill Reser ve Pinot Gr is $47

A small portion of this Pinot Gris is given a short and delicate aging on it
