- Make Teacher-Level Measures of St udent
Learning (MOSL) Sel ect ions: Schools that
finalized school-level MOSL selections may
now begin to make teacher-level MOSL
selections (i.e., the process of determining
which grade and subject selections should be
included in individual teachers?State and
Local Measures). In order to assist you with
this process, the ?Student Count? column and
suggested application of the 50% rule for
State Measures will populate in the Advance
Web Application by Oct ober 8.
- School Local Measures Committee (SLMC)
should review the 2015?16 MOSL
Teacher-Level Selections Guide, which is
posted on theMOSL Intranet and includes
guidance on entering selections in the
Advance Web Application byNovember 6.
- Prepare f or Next St eps Regarding
Goal -Set t ing f or Individual Target
Popul at ions:You will be able to adjust and
approve these goals in the Advance Web
Application and must finalize teachers?goals
by November 16. A resource on goal-setting
for individual target populations will be
available on the MOSL Intranet this week.

Goal -Set t ing f or Group Target Popul at ions: If
your school chose group-level goal-setting
(i.e., goal-setting with a grade or school target
population) for your State or Local Measures
of Student Learning (MOSL), your school?s
Teacher Development and Evaluation Coach
(TDEC) will reach out to you in the coming
weeks to support you or your School Local
Measures Committee (SLMC)
