PART A Explain the types of activities you considered and the reasons
for your choice of activity with the service users chosen. (20 marks)

3. Explain what types of activities are appropriate for your

clients.
4. Explain 4 or more activity ideas you had for your client
group.
5. Clearly introduce and explain the activity you have chosen to
do with a good supporting argument for why it is the best.

PART B Explain the benefits for the health and well-being of the
service users. (18 marks)

6. Fully explain the benefits of your activity for your client

based on your research from primary & secondary
resources.
7. Explain 4 benefits your activity will have to improve your
clients health and well-being.

PART C Planning for the activity including consideration of safety, and

the implementation and analysis of the activity (11marks)

8. Show the planning of your activity. Explanation, instructions,

resources, sketches etc.
9. Clearly explain what methods you used to obtain your
information and evidence.

Implement your activity and provide photographic
evidence/witness statements/feedback/questionnaires.
11. Analyse how successful your activity was and discuss any
work related issues and problems you experienced.
