The attached Notary Surety Bond for Kimberly R. Richards was recorded in your office
of Professional Licenses on June 4, 2015. As you can see from the face of it, this surety
bond is for the amount of $500 and not the $1000 required of Notaries in Jefferson
County.
It might have been a mistake to accept this deficient bond for recording.
I have no idea what policies or procedures come into play upon the discovery of such a
