THW - Abbreviation for This House Would.


THBT - Abbreviation for This House Believes That
Scope: To specify or generalize the topic.
Example:
A1 - Prime Minister the kick starter, gives a basic outline of the whole
rebuttal
Rebuttal An attempt to disagree an argument offered by the other house, a
counter argument with reasoning it out with evidence.
P.O.I Objection to a certain statement, the other house stands up saying
P.O.I and providing why they objected, with the evidence to reason out
their wrong statement.
N1 Opposition 1 Rebuttal against Prime Minister. Provides reasoning the
opposition team thinks that theyre information is wrong. Provides counter
arguments.
A2 Deputy Prime Minister Starts off with Rebuttal. Focus on the points
of discussion (the points that arguments are on)
N2 Opposition 2 starts off with Rebuttal to A2. Provides reasoning the
opposition team.
A3 Whip summarizes the last rebuttal. Cant add anything more to the
points. Also has no counter arguments. Mostly summarizes their own
statements.
N3 Opposition 3 Final Rebuttals against the Whip (A3)
Strict Rules, Cant interrupt without asking permission. Patience is an
important essence.
Debating Techniques. The definition should be accepted during the First
Affirmatives. Being on both sides of an argument.
