VISION

contribute meaningfully to building the nation. As a learner-centered public
institution, the department of education continuously improves itself to better
serve its stakeholders.

MISSION
To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable,
culture-based and complete basic education where:
Students learn in a child friendly, gender-sensitive, safe and motivating
environment.
Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner.
Administrators and staff as stewards of the institution, ensure on
enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen.
Family, community, and other stakeholders are actively engaged and
share responsibility for developing life-long learners.

PHILOSOPHY OF TEACHING
Field study courses are outcome- based course designed to give students
significant opportunities to observe and analyze the characteristics and behaviors of
learners in an actual learning environment. It is designed to provide field study students

with opportunities to experience the teaching- learning process in the classroom. It is

also designed to enrich the students experiences in developing and utilizing technology
to facilitate learning.
Field Study courses made me realize that I need to devote myself in teaching too
much. I do not have any profession but this, because this was my passion. I love to
teach. I wanted to share my knowledge and experiences to my upcoming students. I
wanted them to realize how important education was, for it becomes the key to success.
Teachers must teach their students from their heart not from the books.
As a future educator, I will teach my students the way I wanted to do. I want them
to inspire, to dream big, to dream high! I wanted them to achieve their goals in life not
just for themselves only, but for the whole society.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Plan this year
I wanted to enjoy my remaining years as a college student, but then, I will study hard
my lessons because it will serves as my stepping stone to my chosen career.
After graduation
I will look for a stable job so that I can help my family to sustain their financial needs. I
will embrace teaching too much. I will dedicate myself solely to my dear students.
After five years
I am a licensed teacher. I will not stop loved to teach. I will still devote myself in

teaching. If possible, I wanted to establish a small business that can help me to gain another
income. I will make the things that I think is the best. I will not forget to thank God for all the
things He had given to me.
