The most basic problem is trapping all six numbers regularly.

Until you do that - it doesn't matter what System you play.
4.
BE IN IT FOR THE LONG TERM
A System entry, or a LottoMasta Modified-Guarantee System entry, is

NOT a magic bullet. Many Syndicates play large System entries,
especially for large Jackpots. If it was easy, they would win every week.
They dont.

These 4 combinations cost only $4, as opposed to $28 for a full System 8.
With weekly savings of $24, this saves $1,248 over a year.
At $4 per entry, you could play 7 separate entries for $28 - covering
56 numbers in all - all the numbers in most Lotteries, including some
numbers twice!
Note that the chances of all six winning numbers coming

together is 1-in-3; but the reduction in cost is 1-in-7.
This approach gives you a System-type entry, at a reasonable cost. By

playing far more numbers, e.g. 56 numbers for only $28, you gain two
significant benefits:
A better chance of a First Dividend and
Regular small Dividends that offset the cost

of your Lotto entry.
Also, note from the Table on the preceding page that all combinations of
seven numbers are covered in just the first 7 Games. Adding an eighth
number requires a further 21 Games. To add a ninth number requires an

A full System 9 requires 84 Games, at a cost of $84 for a $1-a-game

It all sounds a little unreal. Theres only one way to prove it. Pick any six
numbers between 1 and 8. Now check how many you can find in the four

If you are a really stubborn non-believer take each one of the 28 games in
the full System 8 and check them, one-by-one, against the four games
above.
I guarantee you will always find at least 5 of any six numbers.
The four games above are the essential ones to preserve a minimum
5-if-6 guarantee. However, if you wish to play 6, 8, 12 or any other
number of Games then you can choose your preferences from the full 28
combinations.

Using "Search & Replace" in any word processor
Let's deal with converting by hand first. This will give you a better
understanding of the process, but "Search & Replace" is easier (assuming
you have a computer!) especially for larger Systems. To make it simple to
follow, a 5-from-6 System 8 is used for illustration. This requires just four
games to give a minimum 5-from-6 Guarantee. The full System 8 requires
twenty-eight games to give a full 6-from-6 Guarantee.
The procedure is exactly the same for any size System.

VARIATIONS ON A THEME
As I have said, the possibilities are endless. If, for example, you have

the same number twice in one game.
The professionally designed Syndicate Entries marketed by LottoMasta
International use a Database, giving priority to numbers that come out
more often, but usually including all numbers once. If, for example, the
number 8 had been out 20 times in the last 50 Draws we might include 8 as

numbers to play with. With 10 different Systems, each requiring 40 games,
the total entry is 400 games. At 50 cents a game this would cost $200 - a nice
small Group Entry covering all the numbers more than once.
To illustrate the basic principle, we will show you how we played the
Australian Lottery. 120 Numbers is very convenient for a 45-ball Lottery it divides into 8 different sets of 15 numbers. Our LottoMasta Syndicate
divided the 45 Lotto numbers into the best 15, the worst 15, and the middle
15, in terms of the frequency with which numbers come out. We then
played each set a different number of times. You can also play 30
numbers 4 times each, or you can have a totally free structure. The
examples below illustrate how to use 120 numbers

All the preceding examples guarantee all 8 winning numbers (Australian

Lotto has 6 main numbers plus two bonus numbers) in your overall entry.
You can use any combination that adds up to 120 numbers. Note that
example two guarantees at least 16 Winning Numbers (12 in a Lottery
with no bonus numbers) because all numbers are played at least twice.
With 30 numbers played three times, you could have up to 24 Winning
Numbers (18 in a Lottery with no bonus numbers). This would give you
an average of 2.4 (or 1.8) Winning Numbers. If 2 of the 10 sets had no
Winning Numbers, then you divide 24 (or 18) by 8 sets, and things begin
to look promising.
YOUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON HOW MANY OF THE WINNING

The guarantee for each individual LottoMasta Modified-Guarantee System

Okay, its not as grand as a full System 12 - but you can play

over 25% of the 924 required for a Full System 12. You save $688, or
almost 75%. Lotto Systems are a little like hi-fi - small improvements cost
a lot of money once you get past a reasonable level. There are 7 different
combinations of 8 numbers that guarantee 6-from-6 PLUS an overall
guarantee of 5-from-6.
Obviously, you can do the same with Full System 9s or 10s but the cost
advantages begin to decline rapidly. Several Full System 9s (at $35-00)
could be justified. A Full System 10 costs $88-00. Just one of them,
covering your favourite 10 numbers from the 12 PLUS a 5-from-6
LottoMasta Modified-Guarantee System 12 requires 250 games. This is
27% of the full cost of a System 12, and saves you $674 at $1 per game.

Guaranteeing all 5-number combinations.
What is a 5-from-5 System? For these Systems, you only need FIVE
Winning numbers to guarantee all 5 being together in at least one game.
They are more expensive than 5-from-6 but provide much better guarantees
and more prizes. Even with only five Winning Numbers, you will have
multiple wins. With only four winning Numbers you are still guaranteed a
win.

IMPROVING THE ODDS (All Lotteries Worldwide)

There are OVER 8 MILLION combinations of six numbers in any 45
numbers. This probably explains why you are having trouble winning
Lotto!
Play a 44-ball Lottery (just one less) - and the odds drop by over a million.
For the perfectionists amongst you - from 8,145,060 (45 balls) to 7,059,052
(44 balls).
By the time you get down to 32 numbers, you have ONE -IN-A-MILLIONCHANCE, with 906,192 combinations of six numbers.
After that the odds start to fall dramatically. With only four numbers less 28 numbers - your chances are 1-in-376,740.
By the time you get down to 22 numbers there are less than 100,000
combinations of six numbers - 74,613 to be exact. Lets ponder these facts for a
while -
Halving the numbers played (From 45 to 22) causes a reduction

(in combinations of six numbers) from 8,145,060 to 74,613
- or - MODIFIED OVER 100 TIMES !
Of course there are larger Lotteries. A 49-ball Lottery, eg, UK, has
13,983,816 different combinations of 6 numbers. The massive 59-ball
New York Lottery has 45,057,474 combinations of 6 numbers.
All very interesting you might say - but what can I do with it? Lots.
The first question is, "How Many Numbers Do You Need to Choose to
Regularly Trap ALL Six Winning Numbers?"
If you don't know, it's time you found out.
The most basic problem is trapping all six numbers regularly.
Until you can do that - it doesn't matter what System you play.

Start by choosing two-thirds of the total numbers in your Lottery. For

example, if you play UK's 49-ball Lottery, choose 32 numbers. Monitor
the results for 10 weeks. What do you get? All six Winning Numbers
every week? Five most weeks? Four most weeks?
For a 45-ball Lottery, choose 30 numbers and monitor those, and so on.
Once you have some results from your ten week trial - experiment.
Choose 75%, 80% or even 90% and see what results you get from that.
Keep experimenting until you get results you are happy with.
The results will probably surprise you. Even with several sophisticated
Lottery programs, I could not trap all six Winning Numbers every week,
for a 45-ball Lottery, in 30 numbers. At 32 numbers chosen, the results
were not too bad; at 36 numbers chosen I was getting good results.
While dropping the numbers from 45 to 36 may seem
uninspiring, consider this: If I trap all six numbers
amongst 36, the odds of those 6 numbers lining up are
1-in-1,947,792 - over four times better than for 45 numbers.
If I could trap all six numbers amongst 30, the odds of those 6 numbers lining
up are 1-in-593,775 - over THIRTEEN times better than for 45 numbers.
Your Syndicate / Lottery Club needs to make a judgement call here. Is it
better to:
Trap all six numbers amongst 30, with the odds of those
6 numbers lining up at 1-in-593,775, 2-3 weeks in 10, or
Trap all six numbers amongst 36, with the odds of those 6
numbers lining up at 1-in-1,947,792, 7-8 weeks in 10?

Regardless of which Lottery you play worldwide - ESTABLISH

An introduction to Lottery Profiling.
In this chapter we will look at what you would find if you wrote out every
single combination in 45-ball Lottery, a 49-ball Lottery and 51-ball Lottery
- and how that can help you.
There are 8,145,060 6-number combinations in a 45-ball Lottery. If you
wrote them all out, the Odds and Evens would look like this:

combinations that only have two consecutives and you cover 87.5% of all
combinations. Looked at in terms of what you might expect in practice 8-9 weeks out of ten you can expect the winning numbers to either have no
consecutive numbers or only two (ignoring bonus numbers). Again, I am
not saying you can't have three consecutive numbers in the winning
numbers - but that is the 5% zone.

Remember, there is only 1 of the 8,145,060 combinations that can be a

complete repeat of last week's draw. However, between 0 and 2 repeats
account for 97.6% of all possible combinations. Play in the 97% zone!
You can significantly improve your chances by understanding these
statistics. It's like the golfer or tennis player who plays the percentage
shots - in Lotto there are high percentage plays and low percentage plays.
Before you studied this chapter, you might have chosen the following
twelve numbers to play in your lottery:

9 12 15 19 21 24 25 31 35.
Would you choose them now? (I hope not!) Examine them and make
pencil notes below of why they are a poor choice (assume a 45-ball
Lottery). Now turn over to see why you shouldn't play numbers like this.

Why you shouln't play them:

Of the 12 numbers, 9 are odd. You cannot possibly win if the result
includes 4, 5 or 6 even numbers. You rule out a massive percentage of
possible winners. Having 6 odd / 6 even maximises your chances.
Of the 12 numbers, 8 are in the lower half of the 45 numbers and only 4 are
in the top half. Again, it is an unbalanced entry. This is easy to do; most
people mark from 1 onwards - and run out of numbers as they get to the
high end. In a 45-ball Lottery entry, I would choose 4 numbers each from
1-15, 16-30 or 31 to 45.
If more than two of the numbers had been out the previous week, it would
also fail the "reasonableness test" for prior week's results.
The numbers pass the "Consecutive numbers" test.
For a 51-ball Lottery, the entry overleaf would be a disaster - 11 of the
12 numbers are in the bottom two-thirds of the 51 numbers. What is even
worse - the "birthday numbers" theory comes into play. Prizes
generally are lower if all the winning numbers are under 31, for two
reasons. First, people playing birthdays (1-31 for the days and 1-12 for the
months) and secondly the tendency to start marking at 1 and run out of
numbers at the high end. Weeks with no winner often tend to have higher
numbers. More often than not, a win with 18-21-32-35-42-49 will pay far
more than a win with 1-8-11-16-25-30, although both have the same
chance of coming out.
This raises an interesting angle on the "Lotteries are totally random"
argument; that it is people that play Lotteries and human behaviour has
some predictability. In the Florida Lottery in 1990, over 52,000 people
played 1-2-3-4-5-6 in a single week! Imagine sharing your prize with
52,000 other people - it would hardly be worth the trip to bank it. Other
popular choices are all the 5's or all the 7's, eg, 5-10-15-25-35-40. If you
win the Lottery, you want as few winners as possible sharing the prize;
ideally, just you.
Whether you decide to play LottoMasta Modified-Guarantee Systems or
whether you want to play a full system, look to be in the "Play-Smart"
zone. As with life generally, balance is the key.

As you may have observed, the "Play-Smart" zones don't change much
whatever the Lottery; the percentages are very close.
The argument is frequently raised that, for Lotteries, there is no
way you can forecast anything because anything is possible.
My argument is that, while anything certainly is possible,
some things are more probable than others.
For example, no game has ever drawn six consecutive numbers It is
perfectly possible that six consecutive numbers will be drawn next week.
BUT - do you want to put your money on that probability?
Or do you want to bet six consecutive numbers will not be drawn.
The argument is also advanced that the Law of Averages means all

numbers drawn will even out over time. This is true, but the over time
bit is interesting. A weekly draw means 52 draws a year. Divide the
13,983,816 combinations in a 49-ball game by 52 weeks and you can see
it takes over 250,000 years to draw all possible combinations!
My argument is that an entry that is balanced in terms of short-term
trends, playing as many numbers as possible in a highly organised,
mathematically-precise, manner, is the most logical way to play.
Also note the implications of 3-odd/3-evens equalling approximately onethird of all combinations. It means that such a result can be expected, on
average, every third week. It is worth setting up a manual database, if you do
not have a computer, that at least identifies odds and evens and highs and lows.
An example is shown at the end of this chapter.
If you notice that either odds and evens or highs and lows have gone five or
more weeks without a 3+3, it might worth concentrating on 3+3 until it does hit.
LONG-TERM AND SHORT-TERM CONSIDERATIONS
By now you may have recognised that :
Some trends are Short-Term, eg, How many weeks between Draws
that have, for example, no consecutive numbers and
Some trends are more Long-Term, ie, the frequency of individual
numbers. These are very difficult to predict.
It is a little like playing a roulette wheel. Backing Odd or Even gets you
very low odds because both come out so often. Back individual numbers
and you get the longest odds, because they come out far less frequently
(compared to Odd or Even).
In Lotto, players tend to follow numbers. I personally use the following
rules for selecting numbers:

Split the total numbers into two groups. The first are those that have been
out at least twice in the last 10-12 weeks; these account for 4 of each 6
numbers. The second, larger, group account for the remaining 2 numbers
in any six. I normally play all the numbers but with a weighting towards
those I consider "hot" at present.
BUT - the main consideration is short-term trends; odds/evens,
highs/lows, consecutive numbers, etc.
Very few people follow Short-Term trends.
Perhaps you should become one of them.

The 4-from-4 Systems

Guaranteeing all 4-number combinations.
What is a 4-from-4 System? For these Systems, FOUR Winning numbers in
your entry will guarantee all 4 being together in at least one game. If you have
5 Winning Numbers, they MAY be together but it is not guaranteed. Six
Winning Numbers could come together - every game you play has six numbers
in it.
12 numbers and 15 numbers.

Our NSW Lotto Syndicate used the 596-game system above for 22
numbers to win every single week for 63 consecutive weeks although
usually only minor divisions. Here is how we did it.
We split the 44 numbers in NSW Lotto into 2 groups of 22. This
guaranteed we had ALL EIGHT Winning Numbers (six main plus two
bonus numbers). Splitting them over two groups of 22 guaranteed AT
LEAST four Winning Numbers in one of the groups of 22 (Splits must be
4/4, 5/3, 6/2, 7/1 or 8/0). Provided we organised our 22 Numbers to
guarantee a payout from four Winning Numbers, WE HAD TO WIN
SOMETHING EVERY SINGLE WEEK. If we had 5 or more winning
numbers, only 4 were absolutely guaranteed together after 4, you are
entirely in the hands of Lady Luck. But isnt that better than trusting in
pure luck for all 6 numbers?
LottoMasta developed its own copyright System for 22 Numbers that
guaranteed every single 4-number combination. This required 596
games. A full System 22 would require 74,613 games.
With only 4 numbers guaranteed together, the chances of all 6 were a long
shot but at least we started with 4 Winning numbers every single week
(you cant get six Winning Numbers without first getting four!). The
secret then is Patience. Play consistently and dont expect miracles.
There is no magic bullet for winning Lotto but there are smart ways
to play.

There are also a couple of ways to expand this basic system. We could,
for example, pick two sets of 9 numbers from each set of 22 numbers and
play them as Full System 9s. So, we would have 22 numbers with all
4-number combinations covered plus two sets of 9 with all 6-number
combinations covered. This is one of the great advantages of Modified
Guarantee Systems you can cover large groups of numbers with a loose
guarantee but choose some of those numbers for a tighter guarantee. By
overlaying two full System 9s on each set of 22, we also have a
reasonable measure of full cover. Alternatively, you could play 3 x full
System 8s, with some numbers played twice.
You can also overlay the basic 2 x 22 Numbers system with a System for
all 44 numbers. This 44-number system guarantees at least three winning
numbers every week no matter what numbers are drawn! While this
doesnt guarantee a pay-out, it gives a reasonable chance especially with
the Turbo Version.
The 44-number system guaranteeing at least three winning numbers
together is much cheaper to play only 157 games. The Turbo version is
314 games.
Whilst I have used NSW Lotto to explain the concept, it applies to any
Lottery game worldwide.

Syndicates who play System 20s sometimes dont even get 3 numbers
correct. Imagine writing out 42 different sets of 12 numbers trying NOT
to get 3 numbers correct in a single one; it would be almost impossible if
you were covering all 45 numbers evenly. The law of averages would for
once be working in your favour - very unusual for Lotto.
Of course, the argument used by advocates of System 20s (or 18s) is that
IF you get the right numbers in a System 20 you get massive multiple
lower Divisions.
This misses a few very important points. Not least amongst them is IF.
The first - and major - problem is getting enough winning numbers to
get some kind of return. Lets worry about how they line up AFTER we
have solved that most basic of problems.
Next, the number one objective is getting First Prize. Multiple minor
Divisions are a secondary consideration. No matter how good the
numbers, there is only one first dividend in any System 20.
However, the real flaw in the argument is that we are NOT comparing
the results of a System 20 with the results of a System 12 or 14. We
are comparing the possible results from ONE System 20 against
THIRTEEN System 14s or FORTY TWO System 12s. The 13 x System
14 covers 45 numbers four times; the 42 x System 12 covers 45 numbers
eleven times. I suggest either of these has more chance of paying
substantial minor Divisions than one System 20.

A pretty good set of numbers? I think so. But not for a System 20.
Remembering that a System 20 gives you every single combination
of six numbers, lets analyse what we have, against the following
background.
For the first 100 games of Australia's 45-ball Oz Lotto 48 Games contained a winning last number in the 40s;
46 Games contained a winning last number in the 30s;
3 Games had 29 or lower as the highest winning number.
That's 97% of all Games requiring at least one number above 28.
The results for the Saturday 45-ball Lotto Draws between 1300 and
1500 reveal:
3 Games had 27 or 28 as the highest winning number.
Here, 97% of all Games required at least one number above 26.
And the point behind these statistics? Quite simply, the money you
waste.
If you check our 20 numbers again, the first 13 are below 24. In
effect, you have a full System 13 where all the numbers are below 24.

That means you are paying for every combination of 2, 3, 5, 7, 8,

9, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, 22, and 23. 1,716 Games to be exact.
But it gets worse, on two counts. First, if all the winning numbers
were below 23, the payout would probably be low (see the "birthday
numbers theory" on page 80).
Second, each combination of 6 gives birth to 6 combinations of five.
Thats an astonishing 12,012 Games where either 5 or 6 of the
numbers are below 24. As you can see from the Game Analysis
above, the Games with all 6 numbers below 24 have 3 chances in a
100 of winning. Not exactly playing the percentages, is it ?
Play in the 97% Zone - not the 3% Zone.

Lets look at a different option - two System 15s, with the 10
favourite numbers in both.

The cost of the 2 x System 15s is $10,010, as opposed to $38,760 for

1 x System 20 (at $1 per game). I agree you lose something - what
if, for example, 2, 3, 5, and 8 come out together?
Possible, but highly unlikely. There are occasionally draws that have
4 numbers within one set of ten - but thats the 3% Zone. The better
balance of 2 x System 15s gives you far greater value for money.
Most of the preceding comments apply to some extent to LottoMasta
Modified-Guarantee Systems. Except that you can cut the costs by up
to 95%. This means less games, so less wasted games.

If you wish to play more Games than the minimum essential for a 5-from-6
Guarantee, you can now do so. A Full System 10 for example is 210

What are Modified-Guarantee Systems ?

and How to Create Your Own!
Over the page you will find all of the 495 4-number combinations possible
from 12 numbers.
If you wanted to create your own Lottery system for 12 numbers that covered
every possible combination of 4 numbers, here is how you would go about it.
First, start with a list of all 495 possible 4-number combinations. Next write
down your first 6-number combination in our example overleaf, 1 2 3 4 5 6.
Now mark off every 4-number combination you can find in 1 2 3 4 5 6. I
have put a line through these for you. Most people are surprised to find there
are 15 different 4-number combinations.
Next, choose your second set of 6 numbers. Here is where the art comes in.
If you choose 1 2 3 4 5 7, you will mark off different 4-number combinations
than if you choose 7 8 9 10 11 12. As you progress through the 495 4-number
combinations, it becomes increasingly difficult to mark off 10 or 12 4-number
combinations. Towards the end, you might only mark off 2 or 3 4-number
combinations for each 6-number set.
To this extent, it is not an exact science. If you would like to try creating your
own system, photocopy the 495 games several times and mark off all 495
combinations. As a beginner, you will probably find you can reduce the
number of games slightly each time you mark off the 495 games, as you
become more adept at spotting patterns. If, like me, you find it fascinating
and frustrating - it becomes a personal challenge even to drop one 6-number
game.
All Modified-Guarantee systems are built around this philosophy. You
could create a system covering all 2-number combinations or one covering all
5-number combinations and just about anything in-between.

The price we pay for this is that only 4 numbers are guaranteed to be

If you have all 6 winning numbers in your chosen 12 numbers, you take
your chances on the 5th and 6th numbers. All Modified Guarantee systems
have this trade off significantly Modified cost versus limited cover.
Playing all 924 games is the ONLY way to guarantee First Prize if you have
all 6 winning numbers.
A final point. All six winning numbers amongst your 12 brings you 262
wins with a full system 12 the main benefit of a full system. However,
note that 662 games cannot win (924 less 262). If you play 42 numbers
randomly there is no guarantee of a win of any kind so if 42 games is
all you can afford, why not get organised and play in a systematic way

CREATING YOUR OWN LOTTERY CLUB

Practical Aspects, Winnings, Unpaid Shares & Costs Involved
The two big ways to improve your chances of winning are playing System
Entries and playing in a Lottery Club (Syndicate in some countries). For
me, the two go together, in most cases. The cost of the larger full Systems
means you have to play in a Lottery Club. Even the larger Modified
(Modified Guarantee) Systems offered by LottoMasta are really Lottery
Club entries. A Lottery Club can be anything from two people upwards. I
personally prefer between six and ten members, with 20-30 for a Jackpot or
SuperDraw.
Trouble is, most Lottery Clubs fall apart fairly quickly. This chapter
highlights why and what you need to do to run one properly.
Essentials:
Written Record of Members, their payments into the Lottery Club, and
the payment of Winnings to them.
Written Rules, preferably signed by Lottery Club Members.
Preferred:
A Bank Account specifically for the Lottery Club.
Photocopies of Coupons for all Members
Written Record of Members
Absolutely essential. By recording payments you know who has paid, who
hasnt, and what winnings have been paid to whom.
One of the most contentious issues is unpaid Shares. I personally believe
your Rules should state, quite clearly, that if you are not fully paid up
you are not in the Lottery Club for that week. Great friendships suffer on
the altar of money. If someone misses for 4 weeks and your Lottery Club
wins they expect their Share (take what I owe out of my winnings!) If
someone misses for 4 weeks and your Lottery Club does not win the
arrears get too big to pay and they drop out. Guess who usually ends up

making good the shortage? The organiser, not surprisingly, tires of this
after getting caught a couple of times and the Lottery Club folds.
Have written Rules, signed by Members, acknowledging they accept that if
they are not fully paid up, they are not in it for that week!
So what do you do with unpaid Shares? The Rules should spell it out quite
clearly. My preference is pooling. Members collectively share the cost
and share the winnings. You will see I suggest having a Bank Account.
Members should pay slightly more than they need, establishing a Reserve
Fund. If there is a Share unpaid, it should be paid from this Reserve Fund
(rather than the Lottery Club Organiser dipping into his own pocket) and
Members should then share any winnings equally.
If the Organiser or any other Member - agrees to pick up unpaid Shares,
they are entitled to the Winnings. If you prefer this, the Rules should say so.
The other reason for the Bank Account is the costs involved. Usually one
person gets all the work. And all the costs. Not good enough. If some-one
does all the work, they are entitled to be reimbursed for any costs involved.
This may include any or all of the following:
Photocopies for members, stationery, postage, phone calls, faxes.
For a large Lottery Club (say 20 people) the Members may agree that the
one doing all the work gets a Free Share in return for their time. This is
particularly useful if you also agree each Member will take a share in
running the Lottery Club say one month each. This gives all Members a
chance for a free month in return for their time and brings home to
everyone the time and hassle involved!
What about paying out winnings? I believe anything below $20 per
Member should go into the Bank Account for Jackpots and SuperDraws.
Whether you are playing for a $100 Million Jackpot or $1 Million, the
odds are the same - and so is the cost of playing. Technically, the smartest
way to play Lotto is to save up every week and play only SuperDraws and
large Jackpots - but of course most of us Lotto enthusiasts need the
"weekly fix!" Marrying these two needs, why not put all weekly winnings
under $20 per Member into a special SuperDraw Bank Account?
Winnings over $20 per Member per week are paid out. With larger wins
paid out immediately and smaller wins accumulated for big draws, you get
the best of both worlds.

Finally, to prove he/she actually put the coupons on, the Organiser should
provide photocopies to all Members. If you are a small Lottery Club
especially family or working in the same place simply showing them the
coupons is obviously fine.

before the Draw, Members are not financial for that week.

Bank Account one week before a SuperDraw (Jackpot) shall be used for a special
SuperDraw entry.
7. I accept that the Organiser gets a free Share in return for their time. Organising
the Lottery Club will be done on a rotational monthly basis.
8. All costs incurred, including photocopies for members, stationery, postage,
computer consumables, phone calls and faxes etc will be met by applying $1 per
member, from each weekly subscription, towards expenses.
9. The numbers will be reviewed monthly and may be changed / Numbers will not be
changed once established
10. This Agreement is intended by all Members signing it to be legally binding.
11. Amendment of these Rules shall be Subject to the Agreement of a Minimum of twothirds of all Lottery Club Members
