Fever and thrombocytopenia
Medical History:
3 days prior to admission onset of high grade fever with body malaise and
watery stools.
Advised admission for possible admission.
Diagnosis:
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever
Treatment, procedure and medication:
Fluid administration at 4liters/day. Strict montoring of HCT/PLT every 6 hours
with lowest platelet count of 60,000. Patient was stable throughout hospital course.
There was an episode of blood
