The Shapes in Nature are not Austere by Chris Drown

This piece adds rigidity to the shapes of nature. While shapes in nature are not
typically strict and rigid, being free form and smooth typically, this take on
nature relates to the complex nature between how nature and the urban
landscape coalesce into a cohesive piece. The city scape is strict and rigid, and I
took that element and added that to the butterfly and flowers. This piece was
constructed using a combination of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. This was
the best option for the piece, because using digital media also adds to the
changes in nature provided through the creation of the cultural landscape.
