Ourgroup,withsomehardandconsideratethought,decidedontheCheese
Quesadilla.Wechosethequesadillabecauseitwasasimplefoodwithveryfew
requiredingredients.

Ingredients:
4cupsflour
1tsp.salt
2tsp.bakingpowder
2tbsp.lard
11/2cupswater
cheeseasneeded

Instructions:Tortillas
1) Whisktogethertheflour,salt,andbakingpowder.
2) Mixinthelardwithyourfingersuntilthemixtureresemblescornmeal.
3) Addthewaterandmixuntilthedoughcomestogether.
4) Placedoughonalightlyflouredsurfaceandkneadafewminutesuntilsmooth
andelastic.
5) Dividethedoughinto24equalpiecesandrolleachpieceintoaball.
6) Useawellflouredrollingpintorolladoughballintoathin,roundtortilla.
7) Placeintoamediumhighheatskillet,andcookuntilbubblyandgolden.
8) Flipandcontinuecookinguntilgoldenontheotherside.
