Gymnasium, Ebern, Germany is on a two week visit to Delhi Public School Ghaziabad, Meerut Road under German Indian Classroom Competition : A cooperation programme between the Robert Bosch Stiftung and the GoetheInstitute New Delhi / Max Muller Bhavan (MMB). The delegates from DPSG had visited Germany in June 2015. The students are working on the project Nano Technology and Bionics (NICS). The delegates are staying with the host families and will participate in various festivals to get a first hand experience of the cultural heritage of India. They will also be visiting places of historical importance : Delhi, Agra and Mussourie. The objective of the visit is to understand Indian culture and educational system of India. A cultural programme will be presented by the host and the guest students wherein they will highlight how they have imbibed cultures of each others country. Ms Jyoti Gupta, Principal DPSG, feels that one should expand ones boundaries to assimilate the best that the world offers. To address the same she has always promoted partnerships/exchanges with various international schools, institutes and universities.
