drink plenty of water,

beber muito lquido,

get sufficient sleep,

dormir o bastante,

exercise,

exercitar-se,

have your teeth and eyes checked

periodically,

verificar o estado de seus dentes e

olhos periodicamente,

limit your exposure to things that

could be harmful, and so on.

One way we can show God how

grateful we are for our bodies is
by taking care of them.
