    Agreement Between Mr.

    Patric David and Stephen Frlekin

    I, Stephen Frlekin, promise to pay back on demand the sum of forty-five thousand USD
    to Mr. Prtric David for his contribution to my conclusion of this transaction.
    Furthermore, I promise to repay Mr. Patric David with 20% interest on his investment.
    My company is planning on sending me to Ohio on Friday, May 9, 2008 and I will be
    unable to repay the loan on that date, provided the fund is available to me on that date.
    However, on Monday, May 12, 2008 at 9:00 AM, I will provide my bank with the
    banking information provided by Mr. Patric David to repay his generosity.
