The growth that | have seen in this young lady has been tremendous. Just being able to be a part of her life has been such a blessing. | have watched as she went from a young girl full of life, to a confident young women just wanting to give back. She has always been the first to talk to the kid that no one else wanted to talk to, or smile at the person who looked like they were having a rough time. She has never let the circumstances of life determine what kind of person she is, but she has made up her mind to be the best she can be. | cannot brag enough on this young lady and her heart. Serena came to me months ago and offered to help in the church offices every Friday on her free day. She has been faithful, never late and always serving while expecting nothing in return. She pushes herself to de her best, no matter how small the job may seem. She has been an irreplaceable part of my team and | do not know what | would do without her.
