While all Subservicers are approved for up to 30,000 loans, some Subservicers are temporarily subject
to an initial cap on the number of loans they can service at any one time. The associated cap will be
lifted as the affected Subservicer meets identified targets and successfully passes one or more
subsequent reviews.
