Turnitin.com is a website designed to
allow students and teachers to
participate in the fight against
plagiarism by submitting papers for
assessment. The owners/authors of this
site include four Berkeley students that
desired to prevent plagiarism. The site
features are online grading, plagiarism
prevention, and peer review services.
This site was designed for teachers and
students at all grade levels. The website
is useful for teachers in my field and
grade level because it provides a quick
and easy way to grade and assess papers
accurately.

Edtechteacher.org is a website designed

to allow teachers to develop skills
necessary to integrate technology into
the classroom. The website was
founded by two former teachers, Tom
Daccord and Justin Reich. The site
provides iformation on seminars,
conferences, and consultations that the

team is providing. The audience for this

site is teachers of all grade levels. This
site can be used by teachers in my field
and grade level as a resource for
professional development. The website
allows teachers and schools to arrange
training sessions for the staff to learn
ways to integrate technology into the
education experience.

and students of all academic levels.
This website would be helpful to
teachers in my field and at my level
because it provides an additional source
of instruction for students at no cost and

teachers to record and upload videos of
instruction presented in class. In
addition to teachers uploading videos
the site also presents the opportunity for
professional development by providing
consultations for ways to improve
uploaded videos. This site was designed

with teachers and students in mind.
