VERIFICATION
We, SPOUSES GREGORIO AND ERLINDA FUENTES, Filipinos, and
residents of ______________, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and state that:

We are Defendants in Civil Case No. 3821-08 entitled Annulment of ExtraJudicial Settlement with Sale, Cancellation of TCT No. T-63652, and
damages with prayer for the issuance of a writ of injunction;

We are the registered owners of a real property covered by TCT No. T63652 subject of the instant case;

On May 13, 2011, we received a copy of the Resolution issued by the

Regional Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 8, City of Malaybalay on
the Petition for the Preliminary or Mandatory Injunction:

We caused the preparation of the Motion to Dissolve Preliminary or

Mandatory Injunction:
The imposition of the preliminary or mandatory injunction will cause us
irreparable damage as the same would deprive us from enjoying a
property which we rightfully own by virtue of an extra-judicial settlement
with sale which the Honorable Supreme Court sustained as valid in _____
SC GR No. ____________;

We are posting a counter-bond of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS

(PhP100,000.00) or double the amount of bond set by the Honorable
Court for Plaintiffs Spouses Paul and Lilia Fields to post; pursuant to
Section 6, Rule 58, of the Revised Rules of Civil Procedure.
