08.28.01 Student Feedback (Min 08.19 – 29/01/08 refers)

To note: a) A guillotine has been ordered.

b) Currently there is no formal appeal procedure for

fines in the CLR, but this will be looked at over the
summer.

c) ICT is in the process of upgrading the computers

in Graphics to CS3.

08.30 COURSE EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE AND SNOWBALLS

To note: a) The Course Experience Questionnaire 2008 has

been launched. This is an annual College
questionnaire to gather student feedback across
all courses and all students are encouraged to
complete the survey.

b) Course Committees will receive the report of

student Snowball feedback at its Autumn meeting.

To discuss: Proposals to reorganise the College committee

structure, including replacing course committees
with Staff-Student Liaison meetings and Boards of
Study.

To receive: An update on any student awards, achievements

and notable projects undertaken during the term
as well as an update from the Subject Leader on
course use of the VLE and e-learning projects.
