Mr. Charles Jameson
IMPACT Services Corporation
1952 E. Allegheny Avenue
Philadelphia, PA 19134
Dear Mr. Jameson,
Our team, FJ Consulting, is eager to work with IMPACT Services Corporation to help carry out
its mission to empower people in need to attain the hope, motivation, and skills needed to
reach their full potential.
Mission - Our project plans to assist IMPACTs customers by planning, implementing, and
evaluating a job fair that gives customers the opportunity to engage with a variety of employers
and apply for openings. In doing so, we hope to develop and strengthen the skills necessary for
effective networking, logistics, and marketing within our team.
Vision - We aim to make an impact on the Philadelphia community by aiding individuals in taking
the first steps towards self-sufficiency.
Our chief team values, flexibility and proactiveness, will allow us to adapt and act in the face of
variable factors, such as logistical challenges or unreliable employers, in order to create an
effective job fair that benefits the Philadelphia community.
Networking
A committee within our team, composed of Jack, Neeraj, Kevin, and Andrew, will be in charge of
networking. This includes analyzing the customer demographic and determining a suitable mix
of employers that matches customer needs. Employers will be identified by going through
newspaper job openings, the IMPACT database, Penn resources, and contacted via cold calls
and emails.
Logistics
The second committee, focused on logistics, will consist of Tatiana, Jake, and Grace. By
planning the layout, schedule, and customer flow regulation, this group will ensure the smooth
running of the event. They will be working with the IMPACT Services team on setup of the event
and the implementation of a new idea: on-site interview practice for attendees waiting to enter
the fair. The logistics committee will also be acquiring all necessary resources for the fair, while
managing finances and adhering to the budget.

Marketing
The marketing committee will be working to publicize the event to customers and maximize
attendance at the fair. Alisha and Isha will be creating and distributing marketing materials to
advertise the event at all four IMPACT centers, including an email blast to all customers. They
will also organize interviews with IMPACT employees and customers to create a video that will
play during the event and inform attendees about IMPACT Services and its mission. Lastly, this
group will be in charge of getting feedback from employers and customers at the event to
evaluate satisfaction.
All team members will be present at the fair to guide customers, provide support to employers,
and collect qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Our primary method of contact with the client will be email; Neeraj, our client contact, will be
sending Mr. Jameson a weekly update every Sunday evening. The email will detail what we
have accomplished so far, our plan for the work, and scheduling for potential site visits.
Building on the success of previous job fairs, we hope to secure at least 26 employers and 200
attendees. We will also be evaluating our performance based on customer and employer
satisfaction. Following the event in November, FJ Consulting will update a manual that explains
how to effectively plan and execute a successful job fair, and recommends improvements for
future years. We look forward to working with the EARN Center to create a powerful and lasting
impact on the Philadelphia community.
Sincerely,
FJ Consulting
