Guests in Attendance: Linda Augustine, Robert Cox, Marina Delon, Brandy Fisher,
Randy Mueller, Kristen Pfendler, Jason Reed, Kerry Sharp, Chase Tornow and Casey
Watters.
Excused absence: None.

A. President Watters: None.
B. Vice President Horsey: None.
C. Activities Director Kimiyo Kanekoa: Not present.
D. Public Relations Director Casey Herrick: Not present.
E. I.T. Director Chase Tornow: Continuing to work on electronic newsletter and
CougVision.
F. Director of Legislative Affairs Randy Mueller: Looking into starting a C-Tran bus pass
program similar to that of Clark College. C-Tran plans to have a bus go to WSU Vancouver
beginning the first week of January. Planning on resigning sometime in the coming weeks
due to time demands.
G. Elections Board, Brandy Fisher: Sign up to man the ballots! Advertise the election in
your classes!
H. External Affairs: None.
I. Programming: None.
J. Finance: Will be meeting Wednesday.
K. Rules: None.
L. Budget: None.

A. Bill 15.06 – Digital Technology and Culture Club: Brady moves for a second reading,
Johnson seconds, motion passes. Reed moves to strike “the WSU Vancouver logo” from the
Statement of Fact, Bartle seconds, motion passes. Bill passes 7-0-0.
VIII. Announcements
A. Casino Costume Party: Friday, October 28th, 6:00-9:00pm. Come dressed in a costume.

B. Special elections: Please advertise the elections. Campaigning in classes is not allowed.
