School District. I will be graduating from Dakota State University in December, with
a Bachelor of Science degree in K-12 Physical Education along with minors in Health
and K-12 Technology Education. I am confident that you will find my experience with

Throughout my college career I have been involved with various organizations and
teams where I have spent numerous hours with elementary, middle school, and
high school-aged students. The experience I have gained from these opportunities
has given me a greater understanding of how students learn, as well as the qualities
I need to be an effective teacher.
I am currently in the exciting process of student teaching Physical Education classes
at OGorman High School in Sioux Falls, SD. During this time I have learned what it
means to put students first and how to create a culture for learning in a 21 st century
classroom. I look forward to the opportunity to apply the education and experiences
