The plan should guide the LEAs use of education technology for the next three
years.

We understand that technology development is very important for our
professional life. Also, important thing is we should teach to students about the
technology clearly and successfully.

Technology is important for us to teach to our students. We have to
teach them perfectly. if we want them be successful, we should do it.
Describe the connection between the research and the plans goals.
District technology goal is to utilize cutting edge technology that
supports learning in this school. In this goals. Administrations,
Teachers, students and students families paly important roles.
Also, the important goal is our plan should be successful class in
the future.
Describe information gathered from site visits, including best practices.
In my opinion, chrome books. It is strong and brilliant. Also, 1366 x 768
resolution and battery life is very long time, I think that 7 or 9 hours. This is better
than other laptops.

CURRICULUM COMPONENT CRITERIA.


The Plan must establish clear goals and realistic strategy for using
telecommunications and information technology to improve education services.

Describe teachers' current access to instructional technology and current use of


digital tools.
1. What technology is currently available to all teachers?
Documents camera, speakers, tablets, smart white board and projectors.
2. How are hardware and software currently being used in classrooms at each

grade level and in each content area?


In the 2008 and 2009 year, district made a new technology plan and that year district has
not have some technologies. They had 4,753 computers and has 355 laptops and 15
interactive white boards. Their computer had old cisco network backbone providing a 1
gb connection between in their building. Now they have 125 CAD computers, 47
computer labs, 74 mobile labs , 3,483 desktops, 2,574 laptop or netbooks and. They have
185 smart white boards, document cameras. Also, they have 32 novell documents for to
work email system.

Describe students' current access to instructional technology and current use of


digital tools. Include a description about the LEA policy, practices, and/or
replacement policy that ensures equitable technology access for all students.

Yes, technology currently available to all students.
2. Do all student groups have equaled and appropriate access to the available
technology?
The technology plan will develop 25 terabytes data storage in 2013/2014. they will develop their
encourage of 1000 virtual desktop and 6 virtualized servers to encourage the growth number of
virtual desktop. they will add 400 new projectors and documents cameras in the disctrict.

Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, for using
technology to improve teaching and learning. Describe how these goals align to
the LEA's curricular goals that are supported by other plans. Describe how the
LEA's budget (LCAP) supports these goals, and whether future funding
proposals or partnerships may be needed for successful implementation.
1. How will technology be used to create more powerful learning experiences to
improve student academic achievement?
they encourage that teachers access to digital resources and technology tools. teachers
support that good and inventive thinking when they creating knowledge.
teachers make possible collabration and communication in real environments.
they are working for students access to technology and digital resources when they need
to them. students are motivated for to think, solution for problems and working
inventively. students collaborative and communicate with their same age friends in real
environments. students access to digital content for research purpose and informational.
students use technology for to find solutions to problems.
2. Are targets for improvement in student achievement being met?
Professional development will be main goal for every learners. professional development
should be complete with all class and content field. professional development should be

distunguish to address the requirements, ability, and styles of young learners. all staff
memebers will be held accountable professional learning within a professional
development conctructrion that keeps, empower, supports every learners.

Internet Safety and the appropriate and ethical use of technology in the
classroom.
1-How will teachers be trained to deliver Internet safety and ethical use
content?
online safety exercises will be ensured to all subject administrators and teachers
in the beginning and middle of the year. Administrators, teacher will be careful for safe
internet usage.
2-How and when will teachers and/or librarians help students acquire Internet
safety skills?
There are a lot of classes for use technology. We can find them on internet. This is useful
for students and teachers. for to use effective and safe internet teachers computers,
administrators computers and lab computers will have filtering system.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPONENT
The Plan must have a professional development strategy to ensure that staff
understands how to use these new technologies to improve education services
(Answer at least 2 questions for each subsection below)

Summary of the teachers' and administrators' current technology proficiency and


integration skills and needs for professional development.
1-Are administrators able to support teachers with the integration of
technology into daily curriculum?
there are a lot of improvement technology in daily curriculum. in this school,
administrators use technology in daily.
2-Do teachers have the classroom management strategies to work with the
amount of technology actually available in the classrooms?
Technology tools should be available everywhere, every time, and for everybody. Also,
will help to every people and learners. Curriculum will design for to find solution all

problems. students will access to everything when they are using technology tools such as
wikis, podcasts and social network.
Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, for providing
professional development opportunities based on your LEA needs assessment
data and the Curriculum Component of the plan.
1-What professional learning will be available so teachers and administrators
can make informed decisions using data to meet individual student
academic needs?
All staff will hold responsible in professional development for students and all learners
learning, support and empowers.
2-What professional learning will be available so teachers and administrators
can effectively use technology to assist with student assessment?
Data from district and teachers assessments. Feedback from teachers, students and their
parents on periodicity and influence. Measurement of disciplinary references and
activities.
INFRASTRUCTURE, HARDWARE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, SOFTWARE, AND
ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPONENT CRITERIA
The Plan must include an assessment of the telecommunication services,
hardware, software, asset management, and other services that will be needed to
improve education services.

Describe the existing hardware, Internet access, electronic learning resources,


technical support, and asset management already in the LEA that will be used to
support the Curriculum and Professional Development Components of the plan.
1-What technologies are available to facilitate home/school communication
such as email, webpages, and voice mail?
Posted on district website and all building websites. Share through social media including
Facebook and Twitter. Press release to local media. Presentation at Farmington Public
Schools Board of Education meeting, which is Televised on our local cable channel and
posted to our web archive. Presentation at Farmington Public Schools District PTA
Counsel meeting.
2-Do all staff members have e-mail accounts? Do students have access to
email?
Teachers regularly access, create, and manage digital resources for teaching and learning.
Teachers participate in a collaborative environment with colleagues across the District,
county, state, nation, etc.
Students access and interact with digital books, textbooks, and class resources

Students access course management modules or online versions of their classrooms at


any time, from anywhere.
Describe the technology hardware, electronic learning resources, networking and
telecommunications infrastructure, physical plant modifications, technical
support, and asset management needed by the LEA's teachers, students, and
administrators to support the activities in the Curriculum and Professional
Development components of the plan.
1-What technology is needed to implement the Curriculum and Professional
Development components for students and staff?
All classroom need to have access to internet, also, smart boards and for special
classroom needs special tools
2-Can existing equipment be modified to meet certain needs identified in the
plan?
Chrome books need to be good and effectively like battery life should be long time and nonfragility. also, internet should be safetly for teacher and students.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION COMPONENT
The plan must include an evaluation process that enables the school to monitor
progress toward the specific goals and make mid-course corrections in response
to new developments and opportunities as they arise.

Describe the process for evaluating the plan's overall progress and impact on
teaching and learning.
1-Who will participate in the monitoring and evaluation process?
Communicate edtac advice need budgetary spending or district central office
2-What criteria will be used to measure success (e.g., test scores, student
portfolios, percentage of students attaining grade-level content standards,
attendance, dropout rate, matriculation to college, or full-time
employment)?
this shool are looking to test score and report cards. They compare other schools in their district
and looking for students success.

Describe the schedule for evaluating the effect of plan implementation, including
a description of the process and frequency of communicating evaluation results
to tech plan stakeholders.

1-How often will data be collected and summarized? Who is responsible?


Principal and teachers are responsible for yearly collect datas
2-How will technology success stories be documented and publicized?
I think that website and other social media will be documented and publicized.
