DEED OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DEBT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Mark J. Sancho, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and a resident of Blk 13 Lot 24, Villa Rosario
Subdivision, Avancena St., Molo, Iloilo City, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law,
witnesseth and declare:
That I am indebted in the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php300,000.00),
Philippine Currency, to Winnilyn J. Mooc, who is also of legal age, single, and a resident of Blk
13 Lot 21, Villa Rosario Subdivision, Avancena St., Molo, Iloilo City.
That I hereby promise and undertake to pay the said indebtedness unto the said Winnilyn J.
Mooc a year from today, in the amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS

both known to me and to me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing
