correct, and every

Newhofs was a lie.
Could this be part of the underlying problem here?
Files had been erased. Moreover, the computer forensic team could not have known what
to look for here. Sierra personnell offered repeated to assist with the computer review,
particularly with regard to emails showing intent or pointing to other aspects of the case.
This would be similar to a rape victim participating in a lineup or photographic search for a
possible perpetrator. Sgt. Burns indicated that Prosecutor Forsyth would not allow this to
happen.
Who does Lynn Hopkins
represent, and who pays
his/her bill?
False information
was presented to
the Township in this
meeting, suggesting
that Sierra
Consultants was to
blame for the
overflow.

Sierra was
prevented from
attending the
meeting, and was
therefore unable to
address the false
allegations. These
false allegations by
Prein and Newhof
were the basis for a
later vote, where
Sierra was fired.

Sierra still has not

had an opportunity
to address the false
allegations.
 Forsythe is correct
here: This
investigation has
been stalled -
either by Forsyth or
by the Sherrif's
Department - for 15
months.

Information documenting a 2nd, 3rd and 4th violation

of the OMA was emailed to the KCSD detectives by
Sierra and has been provided to the media.

Was this information included in the 423 pages of

email correspondence provided to Prosecutor
Forsythe? If so, this information was either not
reviewed, or ignored. Why? Is this a coverup or is it
gross negligence?

Have Township dollars been used to pay the legal bills from Attorneys
Lynn Hopkins, John Sperla and Charles Chamberlain to defend Jim Fues,
Frank Force, or other individuals?
