resume closely match those with the position, my passion for baking and pastry

I have a Chef de Cuisine diploma in Culinary Arts from Liaison College, and I am
currently enrolled in my first year of Baking and Pastry Arts Management at Humber
College. The proficiency that I have gained during my years in the culinary business

It was very enjoyable to speak with the Sous Chef of the hotel about the Second
Cook Pastries position. I can honestly say after the interview that my skills and
interest are a very good match, and that my desire to work with you and your
culinary team has strengthen.

The reason I applied for the Pastries position was I think of myself working in a
kitchen where I can gain more knowledge and skills in the culinary business, after
