It was very enjoyable to speak with the Sous Chef of the hotel about the Second
Cook Pastries position. I can honestly say after the interview that my skills and
interest are a very good match, and that my desire to work with you and your
culinary team has strengthen.
The reason I applied for the Pastries position was I think of myself working in a
kitchen where I can gain more knowledge and skills in the culinary business, after
the interview I believe The Fairmont Banff Springs is the right place for me to be. I
have a positive feeling that my qualifications will soar, my skill sets will build up to
the standards, and the overall experience will help me in the future. I thank you and
appreciate you for taking the time to interview me. I am very interested in working
