This Unit was about the Art of Persuasion and how you
can influence peoples attitudes and behaviours through
different persuasive techniques.
In

the process of writing an essay on your topic of Tecnology you practiced many different skills.
Thinking Skills: Did every website you visited have information that helped you? Why or
why not? Give a few examples of websites that were useful and why you trusted them. Be
specific in explaining your evaluation.
1. www.brainyquotes.com
It was usefull because this website can find everyones thoughts about our topics. I
trusted them because it was true.
2. www.newsweek.com
It was usefull because this website tells the news around the world from the past untill
now. I didnt really trust the website but I had no choice so I used the information inside
it.
3. www.cancer.gov
It was usefull because it tells me alot about cancer in the brain and other places.

Because there are so many information that I have to understand and to simplify it to an esier
information.

What did you find challenging about writing the essay?
What I found challenging is finding the information actually.
What will you do differently next time you write an essay?
Hopely I will try to ask the teachers untill I understand the work completely and to decrease
playing at home.
What did you find difficult about giving the speech?

What I found difficult was being scared that they dont agree with my theories. Also that Im
nervous which makes me not confident and not confident makes my speech horrible.
What advice would you give to others on how to best give a speech? What should they do?
My advice is to be confident and add some expressions to the audience.

What I like about this unit is about the advertising, when persuading people to do stuff.What
would have made it better is less homework.
