Qualification
1. College graduated with major in HR, Labor Relations or Marketing fields
2. At least five years work experience in Employee Relations or Marketing.
3. Passion for people and events; good coordination skill and interpersonal skill.
Major Responsibilities
1. Plan, lead, marketing and execute employee related events and programs to
promote Advantech culture and foster the Advantech Beautiful Life (ABLE)
atmosphere.
2. Lead the Welfare Committee and ABLE Clubs to effectively use resource in terms
of budget and manpower to optimize employees satisfaction, company interest
and CSR.
3. Co-work with Corporate Marketing and Foundation for building Corporate image
and Employer Brand.
