Professional And Understanding

Description: This picture shows my MCT feedbacks on the professionalism and

understanding areas. This observation note was written in year 2 semester 4. It present
my professionalism y and understandably for the lesson that I taught and the using of
different activities in the classroom that suitable for different learning style and my
MCT also wrote about having a good social communication with my MST and
students who I taught.
Justification: As it shown in the picture, that I have a good level of being
professional and understanding . In the feedback, my MCT mentioned that I developed
the ability of working with my students in cooperative way. Which mean I have good
relationship with my students, they are participate with me in the class, respect while I
am teaching them and they were helpful in the class (Kagan,1994).

Description: This picture display my MCT observation note for year 3 semester 3. It
talked about being professional and understandable through my lesson, during my
teaching practice.
Justification: from this picture, it is appear that having good communication
with students and MST is very important, because tteachers need to be
highly skilled in all skills area which are: listening and speaking as well as
reading and writing and that to excel in their profession. In addition having
good communication will help teacher to do well in her job if she has good
communication with her students (Decker, 2009). I believe that good
communication has not to be with students in the class only also outside of
the class.

Description: this is my MST report for my lesson observation in year 4

semester 4. My MST said that I has good classroom management.
Justification: having good classroom management skills is too important to
help the teacher to save the class time, make students being attention with
teacher and improve their participation in the classroom (Burden, 2003).
Teacher also can give the lesson without any difficulties or challenges in the

class and she can give the students whatever they need to understand the
lesson.
