Planning for Learning

Description: this picture shows MCT feedbacks on my planning competency area of


teaching. The feedback in my third year semester 5. It shows the strength of my lesson
plan. And she illustrates how I vary the activities to keep the students active and
interactive, as MCT mentioned I planned activities for early finisher students

Justification: picture display the using of different strategies in my planning including


questioning, using technology. Having good preparing for lesson plan help teacher
enough time to provide educational environment for students and good planning is the
key to making children's learning effective. In addition planning enables practitioners to
build up knowledge about how individual children learn and make progress (Harries &
Hughes, 2008).

Description: this picture display my MCT observation note for my teaching practice
in the year 2 semester 4. It shows my achievement in planning for learning section. My

MCT wrote about what she note through observing me while I taught the students, she
wrote that I using technology to support my lesson explanation.

Justification: using technology in class will help to prepare students for their
future careers, Integrating technology into the classroom is definitely a great
way to reach diversity in learning styles, It gives students the chance to
interact with their classmates more by encouraging collaboration and using
technology in classroom helps the teachers prepare students for the real
world environment (Riedl,1995).

Description: this picture shows my MST report in year 4 semester 8. She wrote about
my using for technology in the classroom . For example I use the Power point program
to support my lesson that I taught.
Justification: using technology in the classroom can help students to stay engaged,
using technology in the classroom help to provide a happier place, students
are able to access the most up-to-date information quicker and easier than
ever before, With using technology in the classroom the teacher becomes the
encourager, adviser, and coach. And using technology in classroom helps
students take more control over their own learning (Bitter, 2009).
