Monitoring and Assessment

Description: These two reports displays two feedback from the MCT in year 4
semester 1. It shows the complaining of my teacher about my teaching practice through
her observations.
Justification: The first feedback shows some methods I used to develop the
monitoring skills. I walked around each student to make sure that I check each students
answer and give them a reflection of their work. involves linking a current
experience to previous learning and using reflection help to involve drawing,
cognitive and emotional information from several sources: visual, auditory,
kinesthetic, and tactile (McCann, 2005).
And the second picture shows some of my developing methods in the monitoring skills
by using monitoring group strategy in the class. Using group work in classroom for
students it helps to break complex tasks into parts and steps, plan and manage

time and refine understanding through discussion and explanation
