Identification of students:
Students will log-in so their individual scores will be available to you after the
session
SRS Activity will be anonymous
Briefly describe what will happen during the SRS Activity (For example:
What will students do? What will teacher do? What materials are needed? How
long will the SRS activity take?):
This SRS activity will be used as an assessment. You will need either ipads or
clickers, which ever is availble. The will instructor will teach information necessary
for this standard as usual. Students will study for this exam as usual and will be
advised ahead of time of the assessment. A practice test will be done the day
before to make sure students are familiar with this tool. This should take no more
than 30 minutes.

Yes
No
Why or why not? We will review the test after everyone is done and review the
answer choices as a group for those that may have been confusing.
Use of Data: What data will be collected as a result of this activity. How will it be
used and by whom? (For example: Will information collected from this activity be
used to award a grade? Will the individual information collected be shared with
students and/or parents to help them monitor individual progress? Will you
discuss the aggregate, anonymous data with the whole class to help them learn?
Will you use data to differentiate instruction for students? If so, describe how. )
This will count as a quiz grade and will take place at the end of the chapter. The
students will be able to review their own grade to see the errors.
Describe what will occur after the SRS activity: Depending on the scores
and percentages for each question, I will review the weak points once more so
that everyone can be brought up to speed.
Describe your personal learning goal for this activity. (For example: What
are you trying that you have not tried before? What do you hope to learn from
this activity? How do you hope it will help students learn? You must design
something that will help you learn something new! Honor System!) This will give
children the chance to incorporate for technology in class and it will also give me
instant stats on how each child does individually and how my class is processing
the info as a whole. If this works, I could implement this into a regular form of
assessment to prepare for a test.
