TheosGaming TWITCH AGREEMENT

TheosGaming
This contract is between TheosGaming and player.
Upon signing this contract, the player agrees to stream for TheosGaming
as a contracted streamer.
1. TERM. This contract runs for a period of one (1) year beginning on
the signed dated.
2. TheosGaming OBLIGIATIONS.
2.1 TheosGaming agrees to support streamer in any manner possible upon
request, if such request is deemed necessary by the Board of Directors.
3. PLAYERS OBLIGATIONS.
3.1 Player agrees not to consume any illegal narcotics and/or alcohol while
streaming on the account of TheosGaming.
3.2 Player will restrain from using major offensive language towards other people,
players, and viewers. Failure to do so may result in player termination and or ban.
3.4 Player will not be racist or sexist towards another player, person, or viewer.
Failure to do so may result in player termination and or ban.
3.3 Streamer agrees to allow TheosGaming to utilize their related personal
rights exclusively for the duration of the contract, including, but not
limited to, personal pictures, team pictures, for advertising usage.
3.4 Streamer understands that they represent TheosGaming, and shall not
act with bad manners, including, but not limited to, cheating,

violence, abuse, racism, and unsportsmanlike conduct.

4. REVENUE.

4.1 Player shall receive one hundred percent (100%) of revenue from personal
Streams and or content, including but not limited to, videos, streams, and/or
merchandise.
4.2 TheosGaming shall receive one hundred percent (100%) of revenue
derived from promotion and advertising.
4.3 Player shall receive a monthly payment once they have been streaming or a total of
one month at the end of the month (when we are eligible to do so)
5. TERMINATION. Contract renews for subsequent twelve (12) months
upon the end date of this contract unless either player or organization gives
at least one (1) week written notice, agreement between player, players
manager(s), and the Board of Directors, or violation of any sections of
this contract.
6. OWNERSHIP OF SOCIAL MEDIA CONTACTS. Any social media
contacts, including followers or friends, that are acquired through
accounts (including, but not limited to email addresses, blogs, Twitter,
Facebook, YouTube, or other social media networks) used or created on
behalf of TheosGaming are the property of TheosGaming.
7. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVING OPERATIONS. The
player shall provide TheosGaming with all information, suggestions,

and recommendations regarding TheosGamings business, of which the player has

knowledge that will be of benefit to TheosGaming.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY. The player acknowledges that TheosGaming
has and will have information regarding the following:
- processes
- technical matters
- trade secrets
- customer lists
- costs
- business affairs
- future plans
and other vital information items (collectively, information) which are
valuable, special, and unique assets of TheosGaming. The streamer will
not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, divulge,
disclose, or communicate any information to any third party without the
prior written consent of TheosGaming. The player will protect the
information and treat it as strictly confidential. A violation by the player
of this paragraph shall be a material violation of this contract and will
justify legal and/or equitable relief.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY AFTER TERMINATION OF CONTRACT.
The confidentiality provisions of this contract shall remain in full force

and effect for a permanent period after the voluntary or involuntary termination of the
players contract.
11. UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSE OF INFORMATION. If it appears
that the player has disclosed (or has threatened to disclose) information in
violation of the contract, TheosGaming shall be entitled to an injunction
to restrain the player from disclosing, in whole or in part, such
information or from providing any services to any party to whom such
information has been disclosed or may be disclosed.
TheosGaming shall not be prohibited by this provision from pursuing other remedies,
including a claim for losses and damages.
PLAYER INABILITY TO CONTRACT FOR THEOSGAMING. The
player shall not have the right to make any contracts or commitments for
or on behalf of TheosGaming without first obtaining the express written
consent of TheosGaming
12. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES. By signing this contract the player agrees to
comply with all of the rules and regulations of TheosGaming.
13. NOTICES. All notices required or permitted under this contract shall be
in text and shall be deemed delivered when delivered in person or on
the third day after email has been sent.
14. SEVERABILITY. Player and TheosGaming agrees that each provision
of this contract is severable and if any provision is determined by a court
of competent jurisdiction or administrative agency to be illegal or invalid,

the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected and the
illegal or invalid provisions shall be deemed not to be a part of this contract.

16. SIGNATORIES. This contract shall be signed by John L. Alexander

CEO on behalf of Theos Gaming and by the
player themself. This contract is effective as of the date signed.
