Please reflect on what went well in you lesson and what you would
do differently if you had the opportunity to teach it all over. Also,
feel free to give peer feedback.
In Peyton and my presentation, I feel like we did well explaining
what the definition of IDEA, (Individuals with Disabilities education
Act), the history and the six main elements. I feel we did well at
organizing the content of the speech. We organize it into first the
history, then the 4 main parts and then the six main elements of
IDEA. I feel I did well at engaging the class with a loud voice and eye
contact. I also felt I did well at giving detailed information about the
six elements. I think Peyton did great at giving detailed information
about the 4 main parts. What I would have done differently was I
wish I gave more examples of the various elements. For example,

for the evaluation part of the Free Appropriate Education, the

element works on

preventing misclassification of students through evaluations. I could

have given the example of my uncle who was misclassified at
disabled.
