General Condition

Revision drawing has been emailed to all tenderer (No. Drawing SF 01).

Drawing no. SF.02A dia 10 : 3x500 ton.

Detail drawing No. SF.02B detail pile dia 1m is not used.

All test piling are used pile.

Concrete with flyash is permit to use.

Rebar use U-50

Capping beams are included in the contract.

- Vertical loading tests are start from ground level.

- Lateral test are to be carried out from bottom of basement.

The Schedule is start from mid January 2012 until mid April 2012.

Test Piling is start from mid January 2012

All the methods are including in the unit rate.

The relocation of pos security (3x4m)are include in the contract

Administration

17.

Internal Payment valuation condition are:

- 10% Down Payment
- 85% Progress Payment
- 5% Retention.

18.

Allowance for local securities ( LSM, etc) is to be included in Preliminaries bill. 5.12

The completed tender is to be submitted no later than 17:00 on Tuesday, 13 December 2011 to
