2. Click on Register on the top of the page

4. Enter your Membership No.

7. Enter the number of active dependents
8. Enter your email Address
9. Enter your mobile number as (9665)
10. Enter your password
11. Re-enter your password

12. Inform us your Healthcare Profile by ticking on any of the chronic
conditions listed. (if you or any of your dependents is a female, there are
(2) questions related to pregnancy needs to be answered)
Note: if you are the main dependent, you can inform us the healthcare profile of your
dependents)

13. Click on the terms and condition tick box after reading them.
14. Click on Submit

Now you are registered. However, you must rst log in to access the services.
15. Click on Login on the top of the page (if you are already registered
16 Choose member from the drop -down list
17. Enter your membership number which contains (7) digits in your Bupa card
in the Log in ID field
18. Enter your password
