Job Description: Forcier Consulting is seeking an Executive Intern to support the Managing Partner and country offices. The Executive Intern will assist Senior Partners with administrative duties such as scheduling and logistics, and assist in the execution of research projects across Forciers countries of operation. The ideal candidate should have an interest in research, development and Sub-Saharan Africa. Compensation: This position is unpaid, but housing and a living stipend are provided. Reports to: Managing Partner Daily Tasks: Assist in the creation of company-wide policies, procedures, protocols, and forms that improve the structure and efficiency of the organization. Conduct literature reviews and compile data on exploratory research projects and opportunities. Assist in the drafting and revision of technical and financial proposals and business development generally. Assist the Managing Partner with tasks including meeting documentation, client follow-up, and scheduling. Education requirements: First-level university degree Required skills: Excellent English writing skills Experience working in a cross-cultural office setting Experience living or working in a developing country Effective ability to pro-actively prioritize in a fast-paced dynamic environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to problem solve independently
Strong Microsoft Office skills Experience in conducting research
Preferred (but not required) skills:
